For some of us, we have been talking about and writing about social media for almost 4 years. Is it fear of social media? Do we have so much on our plates that we don’t have time to check social media out? [...]

Clear and concise roadmap for beginners. Great analogy of the deep freeze to the economy. Stay warm in cold times with social media. Let's hope the thaw starts January 20.

Great post. I would like to suggest that the current downturn may also increase the importance of Social Media over other types of media to an even greater degree than what we have seen so far as users' time involuntarily is "freed" up when jobs are cut. And what better way to use that extra time than networking on different social medias.

And Heidi, you really need to get yourself a warm and cozy hat. A lot of the body's heat leaks through the head and a headband will never keep you warm enough.
